All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

SILKME.SHOP reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

3. ORDERS

By placing an order on SILKME.SHOP, the customer confirms that the information provided is complete and accurate.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

SILKME.SHOP reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect information or product unavailability.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Where applicable under consumer law, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
