If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
